The vocational College of Social Activities and Security runs vocational training in compliance with License No RD 14-41/ May 25^th, 2009 obtained from the Ministry of Education and Science /MES/.

The vocational training in the professions and specialties offered by the College renders an opportunity to the college students to extend their individual professional advancement, acquire new skills of career mobility and qualification, boost and update their knowledge and skills.

The advantages of this vocational training are laid out in its practical orientation and its closeness to the labor market with regard to the short term of training /up to 2 years/ as well as to its training content.

Specialties licensed by MES for degree IV of professional qualification

• Profession SECURITY GUARD, specialty ORGANIZATION OF SECURITY-RELATED ACTIVITY

The college graduates in profession “Security Guard” gain advantage in case of other equal conditions when applying for work in the stat-run security-related structures: they can take executive positions in security-related structures or work as security experts in banks and economic structures. The graduates meet the requirements under article 28, section 2 of the special Private Security Activity Law. There is an opportunity for enrolling in the internship programs with the College’s Career Development Centre.

• Profession GOVERNESS, specialty UPBRINGING AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AT HOME

The college is the only one in the country offering training in profession “Governess” and this is why the graduates have the unique opportunity for realization in the labor market in Bulgaria as well as in Europe. The college graduates in profession “Governess” can find professional realization in the domain of services and an opportunity for realization according to the labor market demand and the requirements of modern society. There is an opportunity for enrollment in the internship programs with the College’s Career Development Centre.

The college graduates benefit from the preferential conditions when applying for state-run and private higher schools with which the College has signed contracts.

• EUROPASS certificate - renders information on the acquired degree of qualification describing the professional skills obtained in the aftermath of the training. The purpose of the Europass certificates is to make the original document easily comprehensible across Europe.
